Julienne with mushrooms is a very simple and tasty dish. If you do not have special heat-resistant molds with handles (cocotte makers), you can cook julienne in pots and even a frying pan. I hope my recipe for mushroom julienne will help you discover a new dish!;)

Main Ingredient: Mushrooms / Champignons

- Mushrooms - 400 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sour cream - 200 Milliliters
- Grated cheese - 200 grams
- Salt, pepper - To taste
How to cook "Julienne with mushrooms"
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, finely chop the onion. Any mushrooms can be used. The gourmet option is with porcini mushrooms, the cheaper one is with champignons.
Fry mushrooms and onions in butter until mushrooms are soft. Over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Combine fried mushrooms and onions with sour cream and flour. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Put the resulting mass in a cocotte maker or baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees. Bon Appetit!
