How to cook "Chakhokhbili from chicken in a slow cooker"

For chakhokhbili, you can use both parts of a whole chicken and drumsticks or, for example, only thighs, but fillet is not very suitable here. So, cut the chicken into portions and rinse them. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Baking" mode, fry the chicken on it from all sides for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is fried, we peel and rinse the vegetables, cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the onion into small cubes, chop the herbs and garlic.

Pour natural yogurt into a bowl, add tomato paste and mix everything. Now put all the chopped vegetables, herbs in the multicooker bowl and pour in the prepared sauce, salt and pepper to taste. We turn on the extinguishing mode and by 1-1.5 we forget about our chakhokhbili.

As soon as the multicooker prepares dinner for us, it will beep, we just have to put the chakhokhbili on plates and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
