Khan-style shashlik can be made not only with minced meat from the liver, but also with raw pieces of liver, you can wrap finely chopped tomatoes, onions and bell peppers in the gland. The main principle remains - the filling is wrapped in an oil seal. In my opinion, khanski shish kebab
can be classified as a delicacy. I made a Khan-style kebab from thinly beaten pork, while taking the liver not raw, but in the form of ready-made minced meat. There was no end to delight!

- Liver - 700 Grams
- Oil seal - 400 Grams
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Khan-style shashlik"
Chop the liver and onion and fry in oil.
Twist the liver into minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the fat mesh (gland) into squares.
Put the minced meat on the gland and wrap the envelope.
String the kebab on a skewer.
Fry over charcoal until golden brown.
