How to cook "Georgian chicken barbecue"
Coarsely chop the chicken fillet. Mix it with finely chopped garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar and spices.
Mix and fill with a liter of water. We put in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day we drain the water, string the meat on skewers.
Fry over coals until tender.
