How to cook "Liver in sour cream in a slow cooker"

First of all, we need to clean the liver from the film, rinse it and cut it into small pieces or bars.

Put the chopped liver in a deep bowl and fill it with milk, leave for 40-50 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mustard, add ground pepper and salt.

After the time has elapsed, fold the liver into a colander. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "Fry" mode, lay out the liver and fry it on all sides for 5 minutes.

Then add onions cut into half rings to the liver and fry everything together for a minute. Now turn on the "Stew" mode, pour the cooked sour cream sauce into the multicooker and cook the liver for 30-40 minutes. When it's ready, the multicooker will beep. Bon Appetit!
