This is not the only recipe for cooking baked lamb in a slow cooker. Instead of eggplant and potatoes, you can add carrots, onions. Instead of adjika - special lamb spices. In addition, there are many ways to marinate lamb.

- Lamb - 1.5 Kilograms
- Eggplant - 3 Pieces
- Potatoes - 4 Pieces
- Celery - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Abkhaz adjika - 50 grams (can be replaced with lamb spices)
- Dry red wine - 50 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons (1 spoon in the marinade, 2 for frying)
- Salt - To taste
- Cilantro - 4 To taste (for decoration)
How to cook "Multicooker Baked Lamb"
Cooking the marinade. Mix adjika, wine, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add chopped garlic and celery. We mix. Put the meat there, cut into 5x5 cm pieces. The meat should be marinated for at least 2 hours.
We cut the potatoes and eggplants. We keep the eggplants in salted water for 15 minutes.
Fry the meat in the "Multi Cook" mode for 10 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Stir the meat constantly as it cooks.
We spread the meat. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and throw in the potatoes, fry them for 10 minutes, then throw in the eggplants. After five minutes, put the meat into the multicooker and pour 1/2 glass of water. Stir and simmer for 35 minutes.
The dish is ready. Add a couple of cilantro branches for beauty, and you can serve it on the table.
