Cooking description:

From the specified amount, you get 6 meringues, 10 cm in diameter.

So how to make cream meringues?

1. Turn the oven to heat up to 95 degrees. We will cook the meringues over low heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the egg whites in a glass or metal bowl. Add salt and beat with a mixer on medium speed. When the mixture begins to foam, increase the speed to medium-high. Continuing to beat, add a spoonful of sugar. After you add all the sugar, increase the speed to fast and add the vanillin. Whisk until thick foam.

3. Turn off the mixer, add 1/3 cup powdered sugar to the whites and stir gently.

4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, "throw" the meringue dough (a full tablespoon), rinse the spoon in water and with the back, starting from the center of the meringue, "draw" by slightly pressing the spiral. Do the same with the rest of the test.

5. Bake the meringues for 1.5 hours in a preheated oven. After the specified time has elapsed, turn off the oven, but leave the meringues inside for 2 hours. Then remove and leave to cool completely. Merengi can be stored for up to a week.

6. The cream is prepared from chilled cream, vanillin (1 tsp) and 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. All this must be whipped with a mixer until the sugar dissolves and a homogeneous mass is formed.

7. Rinse the strawberries, dry, cut into slices and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar (1 tablespoon), stir gently. Leave for 30 minutes, then refrigerate.

8. Place cream and strawberries on top of the meringue.
