I present to you a simple recipe for making puff pastries with a filling. Prepare all the ingredients you need: champignons, onions, parmesan cheese, egg, butter and salt. Puff pastry, I used ready-made. It saved me a lot of time and effort, which I recommend to you. It is not at all difficult to prepare the filling for the pies, the mushrooms are fried with onions and then mixed with Parmesan cheese. We form pies - and into the oven! Good luck!

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry - 1 Piece (ready-made, 1 layer)
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Parmesan cheese - 100 grams
- Green onion - 30 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Butter - 10 grams
- Salt - To taste

How to make Filled Puff Pies

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the champignons under water.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Next, you need to fry the mushrooms and the white part of the onion stalk in melted butter. Stir, salt. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Divide the puff pastry (previously defrosted) into 4 parts. Roll out each part and fold into a triangle. Stepping back 1cm from the folded edges, make cuts on both sides, but not completely. The shape should be such a "well".

Grind the Parmesan. Chop the green onion finely. Then combine the onion, cheese and toasted mushrooms in one bowl.

Fill each "well" with filling. Brush the dough with egg yolk. Bake for 15-17 minutes at 190 degrees.
