Cooking description:

Like all girls, I just adore baked goods, both sweet and not, but when it comes to making these very baked goods, this is where my problems begin. Fumbling with dough (especially with yeast) is real flour for me, but the trouble is that without yeast, the pies are not the same. But I finally found for myself the perfect recipe for making dough for brass pies, which does not take so much time, and the result is excellent. You will spend 40 minutes on everything (and not 1.5-2 hours, as usual), but the pies from such a test are excellent, soft and airy - just super. So for all novice housewives or just lazy people like me, I highly recommend this simple recipe for brass pie dough.

Now we begin to gradually add flour and knead the dough until it stops sticking to our hands and acquires a uniform consistency. Again we put it in the heat for 15-20 minutes, during this time it should increase in volume by 1.5 times. Now it is ready for further work and sculpting pies. Good luck to you!
