- Chicken breast - 300-400 grams
- Rice - 1 Glass
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Eggs - 3-4 Pieces

How to cook "Japanese Rice with Chicken"
Cook rice. To do this, fill the rice with 1.5 glasses of water and put it on fire. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to lowest. Cook under the lid for 10-13 minutes, until all the water is absorbed. Then turn off the heat and leave the rice for another 10 minutes. You can add a dressing of rice vinegar, sugar and salt to the rice - as for sushi, or you can leave it that way.
Pour soy sauce into a skillet and heat it to a boil. Add sugar and stir.
Peel the onion, chop it and send it to the pan with soy sauce. We boil for a couple of minutes.
Cut the chicken flesh into small pieces.
Add the chicken to the onion and fry until the meat is tender.
Beat the eggs into a cup and shake.
Pour the eggs into the skillet on top of the chicken. Cover with a lid.
We keep it on fire for just a couple of minutes. Then put the rice on a plate and put the chicken on top of it.
