How to cook "Gubadia with meat"

1. The products for the preparation of this dish are quite simple and affordable. The first step is to knead the dough.

2. According to the classic recipe for gubadia with meat, the dough is made as follows: add dry yeast to the flour, and then combine with pounded eggs with sugar.

3. Do not forget to add warm milk and softened butter to the dough. Knead the dough well and let it sit for an hour. Then roll the rice while boiling until it is crumbly. Also fry the minced meat with onions, salt and pepper. By this time, the dough is just right, roll it out and put it on the mold so that the edges hang down.

4. Now the crucial moment: put rice in the first layer, then ground meat and then dried fruits (or raisins). Squeeze each layer a little.

5. The last layer consists of rice and eggs. When the filling is laid out, the edges and top can be closed with dough. Grease the pie with butter and let sit by the oven for fifteen minutes.

6. Sprinkle the top with easy-to-cook crumbs: the flour is mixed with the butter. Then place the cake in the oven and bake until golden brown.
