Probably, each of you is already accustomed to the fact that traditionally this festive dessert is prepared by their cottage cheese, but today I will tell you how to cook Easter with ricotta and mascarpone. It is generally accepted that such Easter is a Catholic version of the well-known dessert, probably due to the presence of Italian cheeses here. One way or another, this amazing dish tastes amazing! Easter turns out to be so tender and airy that it just melts in your mouth, believe me, it will definitely become a decoration for your festive table! And personally, I prepare this dessert not only for the bright holiday of the Resurrection of Christ, but also on ordinary days, I and my family really like its taste, so today I am happy to share with you my simple Easter recipe with ricotta and mascarpone.

1) First, we prepare the form for our Easter. We cover it with several layers of gauze so that the gauze remains at the edges.

2) Put mascarpone, ricotta, sugar and vanilla extract into the bowl of the food processor. Beat all this until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3) To this mixture we add chopped almonds, candied fruits, grated chocolate and a little whipped cream. We mix.

4) Now we put the prepared mixture in the Easter pan, cover with the specially left edges of the gauze and put the load on top. We send Easter overnight in the refrigerator for solidification.

We remove the finished Easter from the mold, remove the gauze and decorate Easter with grated chocolate and candied fruits. Bon appetit, everyone!
