How to cook "Raspberry Easter"

1. The recipe for making raspberry Easter should start with cottage cheese. It must be wiped through a sieve twice to get rid of any lumps. If the cottage cheese seems thin, then it is better to put it under a press for a while so that the excess serum is glass, and only then wipe it.

2. Fresh berries are also better to rub through a sieve or beat with a blender. Can be replaced with raspberry jam. Add the berry mixture to the curd and mix well.

3. Taste cottage cheese (especially if jam is added, in which there is already sweetness), if necessary, add sugar to taste. Then add a little sour cream, stirring until smooth.

4. In a separate container, grind the softened butter and add to the curd. Then drive 1 egg into it (you can use only white or only yolk). Mix thoroughly until smooth.

5. Prepare the form in advance, which is covered with gauze. Put the resulting curd mass into a mold, cover with gauze edges and put under a press for at least a day.

6. When Easter Raspberry is ready at home, gently take it out of the mold, decorate with fresh berries and can be served.
