How to cook "Bean Ribs"

1. Soak the beans in cold water for several hours, then drain the water, rinse and cook until tender. Transfer the finished beans to a colander to drain off excess water.

2. While the beans are being cooked. Prepare onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin straws or just grate and set aside.

3. Fry the ribs in a pan until golden brown.

4. In the remaining fat, after frying the ribs, fry the onion. Then add carrots, tomato sauce and fry for 5 minutes. Add beans to vegetables, stir well and simmer for about 3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

5. Put the ribs in a baking dish, top with ready-made beans with vegetables and simmer for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C. Bon appetit!
