Today I will show you how to prepare a typical winter dish - noodles with beef and vegetables. It turns out a hearty hot dish, which in consistency resembles a thick rich soup. I like that this soup is prepared according to the principle "threw it into a saucepan - forgot for an hour - ready". It turns out, however, very cool. Ingredients:
- Beef - 250 Grams
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Turnip - 2 Pieces
- Celery (stem) - 2 Pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
- Parsley (bunch) - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Spices - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook "Noodles with beef and vegetables"

Cut all vegetables, except tomatoes, into small cubes. We put it in a saucepan.

Pour in 2 liters of water.

Add pieces of beef, put on fire. Bring to a boil.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a fork. When the water boils, add the tomatoes and spices. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 hour over medium heat.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the noodles to the pan. Remove the lid and cook until the noodles are done. Once the noodles are ready, they can be removed from the heat and served hot.
