However, I offer you a simple recipe for rice with corn in a slow cooker with an "expanded" list of ingredients - with onions, carrots and bright splashes of sweet pepper, this dish becomes not only tastier (almost pilaf!), But also more beautiful.
Children, by the way, love it precisely for its appearance - they do not so much eat it as pick out bright carrots and sweet corn grains:). Well, nothing - they still eat something, and that's good. And the adults will finish their rice. They are no strangers;).

How to cook "Rice with corn in a slow cooker"

Rinse the rice. Carefully - until the water becomes completely transparent. Do not drain it - let the rice stand for a while and absorb moisture.

Peel and chop the onions and carrots.

Open the corn and drain the liquid.

Peel and chop the bell pepper.

Turn on the multicooker, "Fry" mode. Pour in oil. Fry the onions until transparent, then add the carrots and the rest of the vegetables.

Add rice, salt and pepper, smooth with a spatula. Pour in water so that it covers 1 centimeter of the surface of the rice. Cook on Pilaf or Rice for half an hour. Try the rice - if it's still tough, cook for another 10-15 minutes.
