How to cook Thai Pork

First, we need to prepare all the ingredients: wash the meat and dry it, peel the vegetables, remove the seeds from the pepper. Now we cut everything into cubes with a side of about 2-3 centimeters.

Put a frying pan or wok on the fire and put hot and sweet peppers, onions and carrots in it, add soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, Worcester sauce, stir and simmer over low heat until half cooked.

After about 10-15 minutes, put canned pineapples in a pan and pour out the juice from them.

Next, lay out the chopped pork and, if necessary, add more soy sauce.

After 2-3 minutes, add cashews and curry, stir and simmer until the meat is fully cooked. It is best to serve boiled rice as a side dish for the finished dish. Bon appetit, everyone!
