Cooking description:
I always have a pack of frozen cod fillets in my freezer. When there is no time to prepare a full meal, I save myself with lunch or dinner from cod fillets fried in a pan. Literally 10-15 minutes (not counting the defrosting time, of course) - and a very tasty dish is ready. I recommend giving it a try!

How to cook "Cod fillet in a pan"

Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.

Melt the butter.

Pour the cod fillet with melted butter.

Sprinkle generously with spices on both sides.

Put the fish back into the hot pan. We put and leave for 1-2 minutes. You do not need to move the fish in the pan, otherwise it will not be covered with a crust.

After frying one side for 1-2 minutes, turn over and fry the same amount on the other side.

That's all! Cod fillet in a pan is ready.
