Ingredients:
- White beans - 300 Grams
- Olive Oil - 1 Glass
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Bell Pepper - 2 Pieces (Take in different colors.)
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Celery Stem - 2 Pieces (With Leaves.)
- Tomato paste - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Dried mint - 0.5 Teaspoons (Or 3-4 fresh leaves.)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make Vegetable Bean Soup

First you need to boil the white beans. Cover it with water and add a glass of olive oil.

Chop all vegetables equally finely.

When the beans are almost cooked (slightly softer), add the vegetables to the beans. Cook everything together for about an hour. Until the beans are fully cooked. Let the vegetables boil down, it doesn't matter, they will give more juice.

Finally add tomato paste, dried mint and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let the vegetable bean soup steep. Serve garnished with herbs.
