How to cook "Loin in batter"
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
We mix flour and spices.
Roll a piece of loin first in flour, then in a beaten egg.
Then again in flour.
Place in a hot skillet and fry for 2 minutes on each side over high heat. Then we reduce the heat and fry for another 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Put the finished pieces of loin in batter on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed.
