- Flour - 50 Grams
- Natural yogurt - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 5 grams
- Milk - 20 Grams
- Semi-dry sausage - 50 grams
- Tomatoes - 100 Grams
- Champignons - 100 Grams
- Cheese - 70 Grams
- Tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Fresh herbs - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste

How to make a "Quick Homemade Pizza"

First, we need to prepare the dough. To do this, we mix yoghurt with olive oil and milk, then add flour and knead the dough by hand. When the dough is ready, roll it into a thin cake. Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the pizza base on it. Lubricate with tomato paste, it is better to use thick natural pastes with pieces of vegetables. Sprinkle with spices on top. I use oregano, basil and black pepper.

Now the filling: cut the mushrooms into slices, the sausage in thin slices and the tomatoes in half rings. We put everything on the base.

And in the end, sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees until cooked. Cooking will take no more than 20 minutes. The quick pizza is ready and, believe me, it is as good as the restaurant option.
