- Ground beef - 700 Grams
- Boiled rice - 1/2 Cup
- Potatoes - 5 Pieces

How to cook "Meatballs in foil"

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into slices or cubes, the main thing is not thick, so that they cook. Cut the carrots into slices too. Distribute all ingredients separately.

Chop the onion finely, chop the garlic and add to the minced meat along with the rice. Season well with salt and pepper, then form into balls.
