The healthiest pasta, made from durum wheat and cooked al dente (with a hard, slightly undercooked center), is an irreplaceable source of fiber and complex carbohydrates. - Pasta - 400 Grams (choose a pasta from durum wheat)
- Champignons - 600 Grams
- Cream - 200 Milliliters
- Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Parmesan Cheese - 30 Grams
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Black Pepper - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Pasta with mushrooms"

Prepare the necessary ingredients, wash the mushrooms.

Dip the pasta (of any shape) in boiling salted water and cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Then a solid center will remain inside, and the paste will not lose its useful qualities.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Cut the washed mushrooms into thin slices.

Transfer the chopped mushrooms to a skillet, cover and fry over medium heat until liquid appears. Then add flour, cream, salt and pepper to the pan. Cook the sauce, covered, for 10-15 minutes.

Put the finished pasta on plates, put the sauce on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and black pepper. Can be garnished with fresh thyme sprigs. Bon Appetit!
