How to cook Saltimbocca

Slice the chicken breasts lengthways, each in half, for a total of 9 clippings. Season with salt, pepper and flour.

Place a slice of ham on top of each tenderloin. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the resulting pieces for 2 minutes on each side, as long as they do not touch each other.
