The White Nights salad is one of my favorites. The combination of ingredients used in this salad is just perfect - pickled mushrooms go well with boiled meat, vegetables set off their taste, and cheese makes the salad more tender. If you wish, of course, you can add something else to the salad, but I recommend preparing the White Nights salad exactly as shown in the recipe - it will turn out very tasty, I assure you!;) Such a salad can be safely put on the festive table - for example, we prepared it for the New Year, it was very tasty. How to cook "White Nights Salad"
Let's prepare all the ingredients. Finely chop the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onion, grate the raw carrots on a coarse grater, boil the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater, cut the boiled meat into small cubes, grate the cheese.
Put finely chopped pickled mushrooms in a salad bowl.
Lightly fry the finely chopped onion in oil, put on top of the mushrooms.
We coat with mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of grated boiled potatoes, coat with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out a layer of grated raw carrots, again coat with mayonnaise.
Then we spread a layer of finely chopped boiled meat. We coat again with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the salad with cheese on top. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, after which we serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!;)
