So, how to cook pickled horseradish:

1. First, we need to thoroughly clean and rinse the horseradish roots. Then we soak them for about a day (Important! If the horseradish roots have just been dug out, then you do not need to soak them).

2. Then grind horseradish on a grater or meat grinder.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add sugar, salt and vinegar. We immediately remove from the fire.

4. Mix the grated horseradish roots and marinade.

5. We fill hot sterilized jars with the prepared mass.

6. Now set to pasteurize cans of marinated horseradish at a temperature of 90 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Store in a dark, cool place.

If you like a spicy snack, then you can not add sugar.
