Honey butter is a very common breakfast in European countries. It would seem that it could be easier, but finding a good recipe for honey butter turned out to be not as easy as it seems. I rummaged through a dozen different recipes until I found the best one. So, let's make honey butter - a simple but delicious breakfast!

Main Ingredient: Dairy / Butter / Honey
Ingredients:
- Honey - 1/2 Cup
- Butter - 1/2 Cup
- Jam - 1 tbsp. a spoon

How to make "Honey Butter"

Using a hand mixer, lightly beat the butter at room temperature until smooth.

Add honey.

At the slow speed of the mixer, begin to mix the butter and honey.

Beat for about 3-5 minutes until a light, airy mass is formed.

The finished mass should look something like the photo.

The butter should be smooth, but thick, not slipping off the knife when spreading.

Actually, the honey oil is ready, but we will give it one more flavoring note. We take jam - I recommend raspberry jam.

We add a tablespoon of jam to our mass.
