Cooking description:
Pork steak with orange mustard sauce is a very tasty meat that looks delicious and tastes incredibly tender and spicy. This pork steak cooks quickly enough because the marinade softens the meat well. Depending on what degree of steak roast you like, it will take you so much time to fry the meat in a saucepan. For the Blue state, you only need to stew the steaks for about 2-4 minutes.
best of all, such meat is combined with white rice.

How to cook "Pork Steak with Orange Mustard Sauce"

First, let's prepare all the necessary ingredients.

We make the marinade. Pour orange juice into a bowl, add mustard and 1 orange zest.

Leave the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes.

By the way, don't forget to add salt to the meat while marinating! After the marinade, remove the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Preferably dry. Heat olive oil in a saucepan (preferably 1 tablespoon) and put the steaks in it.

After frying the meat on both sides until golden brown (over high heat) for about 7 minutes, reduce the heat and pour in the marinade. Bring to a boil, and simmer until the sauce thickens for about 5-7 minutes, without covering.
