She invented the recipe for veal with quince personally, without looking into any cookbooks. I really liked the combination of tender veal meat with tart quince. - Veal - 300 Grams
- Quince - 1/2 Piece
- Red onion - 1 Piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 Tbsp spoons
- Rosemary sprigs - 2-3 pieces
- Semi-sweet white wine - 200 Milliliters
- Potato - 4 Pieces
How to cook "Veal with quince"
Clean the young potatoes with a brush, cut into halves and boil until tender.
Cut the quince into slices, the onion into thin half rings. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then add honey and vinegar, stir and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
The sauce should thicken. When it thickens - remove from heat.
Transfer the sauce to another container, and fry the veal cut into small pieces in a frying pan until a crust forms. When the crust appears, fill it with wine, add rosemary and simmer until the meat is cooked.
Put potatoes and meat on a dish, pour with sweet quince sauce. If desired, for beauty, you can pour balsamic cream.
