- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla extract - 3/2 Teaspoons

How to make "Chocolate Cobbler"

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3/4 cup white sugar.

2. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Stir until smooth.

3. Pour the prepared dough mixture into a mold, preferably an oval one. In a separate medium bowl, combine remaining white sugar (1/2 cup), brown sugar, and remaining 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.

4. Pour hot water over the top. Do not stir!

5. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes in the mold. Serve the cobbler with scoops of ice cream or syrup.
