How to make Beef with French Fries and Sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Chop the garlic finely. Cut the potatoes into long, thin slices. Place on a large baking sheet. Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and potato seasoning if desired. Place in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

2. In a bowl, combine the beef, minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix the mixture well with your hands.

3. Form 4 large patties. Place them in a large preheated skillet over medium heat and fry until brown on each side. Remove the finished cutlets from the pan and place on paper towels to drain the fat.

4. Add flour to the pan and stir in with the fat left over from frying the cutlets. Stir until thickened.

5. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil and let the sauce thicken.

6. Place a large amount of French fries on a plate. Place the cutlet on top, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
