Soften the butter, then put it in a bowl with high walls and beat with a mixer or blender until very fluffy. Eggs are broken into another cup and sugar is added. Whisk until then. Until the color of the mass turns white.
Combine butter and sugar with egg and add baking soda, rum, vanilla sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough from these ingredients, into which you gradually need to add almonds and mix. The dough is cut into 2 parts and one of them is rolled into a layer 2 cm thick. Cookies are cut out of the dough using molds.
Put the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar when ready.
