Cooking description:
The chicken is cut into 4-6 equal parts. Cut the pepper in half, removing all seeds from it, and then cut lengthwise into strips. Green onions are chopped into rings, and onions are chopped into cubes. The garlic is chopped finely enough. Tomatoes are placed in a colander, where they are scalded and peeled. Remove the stalk and seeds from them, and cut the pulp into small cubes.
Heat a skillet, place the oil on top of it, and then the chicken, which should be fried until golden brown. take out the meat and fry the peppers, garlic and onions in the same pan. then add wine, salt, pepper, water, tomatoes to them. Everything is stewed for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Chicken is placed with vegetables and stewed until softened. Serve with the resulting sauce.
