Cooking description:
Pour chicken eggs with water, add soy sauce, garlic, onion, cinnamon, salt, and ginger. Heat the sugar in hot oil until it turns reddish brown. Pour 2 tablespoons of water into it and send the mass to the eggs. Then cook them with caramel for 10 minutes.
As soon as the eggs are cooked, remove them, cool under running cold water and knead in a towel in this way so that the shell cracks, but the egg remains intact. Place them back in the marinade for 10 minutes and then cool.
Before serving, peel the eggs, cut into wedges and place on a platter, drizzle with chilled marinade. Bon Appetit!
