Cooking description:
Combine salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with oil in a cooking spray. Sprinkle some of the salt and pepper mixture over the chicken breasts and place in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium, cover. Cook for about 12 minutes (turn halfway through cooking). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, onion, tarragon and the remaining salt and pepper mixture. Slice the apple. Mix in a bowl with lemon juice. Add dill, celery, grapes. Cut the chicken into pieces. Add to salad along with yoghurt dressing, stir. Serve with slices of bread and watercress.
