Cooking description:
The cabbage is chopped very thinly and then sprinkled with salt. Add hot pepper cut into rings and chopped garlic there. Incubate this mass for 4 hours in a warm place.
Pork is cut into small cubes, fried in oil, onion rings, radishes, carrots are added to it, and everything is fried for about 5 minutes. Make sure the vegetables remain crispy after cooking. After frying, season vegetables with wine vinegar and soy sauce, pepper and salt. Refrigerate all ingredients.
Sweet peppers, like squid, are cut into strips, combined with shrimps, pork with vegetables, and cabbage. Add oil to this, and then stir the oriental salad. Garnish with herbs before serving.
