Cooking description:
The liver is thoroughly washed and cut into pieces of 1.5 cm. Beat off these slices to 0.5 cm, then place a thin piece of bacon on top of each. Onion is placed on bacon, sautéed in half butter. Add salt and pepper to the ingredients.
The finished product is rolled up and tied with a rope. Toss these rolls in boiling oil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
After it has come to readiness, transfer the liver to a deep bowl, pour a small amount of broth and simmer, adding the roots. Rolls are also cooled in broth, and served on the table, pre-cut into thin slices.
