Cooking description:
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Arrange the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Bake in oven until salmon turns pink in the middle, 10 to 13 minutes. Using a flat spatula, remove the fillets from the baking dish, removing the skin.
Whisk the lime juice, soy sauce and sugar together in a small bowl. Stir in the chopped cilantro leaves. Pour the cooked sauce over the baked salmon fillet and serve with the fried asparagus.
