Cooking description:

Prepare a container of ice water, set aside.

Mix 1/2 cup water and apple juice in a bowl, add gelatin. Leave on for 5 minutes.

Bring the wine and sugar in a small saucepan to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Set aside 8 blackberries for garnish, and add the rest to the pot.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Slowly add the hot wine mixture to the gelatin.

Place bowl in ice water and stir for about 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 45 minutes or overnight. Before serving, place the mold in warm water for a few seconds, then remove from the mold, divide into 4 servings and garnish each with 2 blackberries and mint leaves.
