Here's how to make cherry ice cream at home. There is nothing complicated at all in this, and you will always be sure of the quality of the dessert served to the table. Instead of cherry juice, you can add any other fruit or berry juice. Try it!

- Homemade cherry juice - 300 Milliliters
- Powdered sugar - 75 Grams
- Homemade heavy cream - 80 Milliliters

How to make Cherry Ice Cream
Take cherry juice. I took a homemade one, however, if you don't have one at hand, you can take a store one. Pour the juice into a deep container.
Add powdered sugar to the juice. It must be taken of the obligatory fine grinding, so that when mixed it completely dissolves.
Beat the juice with powdered sugar using a blender until the powder is completely dissolved.
Add homemade cream to the sweetened juice. Again, this ingredient is not available to everyone, so it can be replaced with store-bought cream, the fat content of which must be at least 33%.
Beat the mass with a blender, after which we send it to a special ice cream machine to freeze. In principle, such ice cream can be made by simply pouring it into molds and leaving it in the freezer.
