How to make Orange Sauce Donuts
Sift flour together with salt. Pour one third of the flour into a large bowl, add water, sugar and yeast. Stir, cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Pour the remaining flour into the dough. Add honey. butter and proteins. Knead the dough and leave for another 1 hour.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry donuts in portions, 3.5 minutes each. then spread on paper napkins. Sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar. Serve with orange sauce.
