How to cook a steak with blood?

1. Rinse the meat, cut into 4 cm pieces.

2. Season each piece with salt and pepper on all sides.

3. Brush each piece with vegetable oil. You can pour the oil directly into the pan. A few spoons will suffice.

4. In a skillet, heat the oil well over high heat and fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side. The finished steak should rest and let the juice flow. Leave it on for 5 minutes. Then slice.

5. If desired, garnish with chopped garlic, chili and herbs and serve.
