Pork with mushrooms in a sauce has a very pleasant delicate taste, which is somewhat reminiscent of the favorite beef stroganoff by many. Although, of course, the cooking method is somewhat different, and there is beef, and here - pork. In a word, you have to try.

1. Wash it, dry it with a paper towel and cut the pork into small pieces.

2. Salt pork, pepper and fry in a skillet in a large amount of oil over medium heat. We fry the meat in parts, because it should be roasted, not stewed in its own juice. Put the fried pieces on a plate.

3. In parallel, chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

4. In the same pan where we cooked the pork, now it is necessary to fry the onions. Then spread the fried onions to the fried meat.

5. Pour some oil into the same pan and fry the mushrooms in it. Fry them over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add 1/3 cup of water and wait for the liquid to boil off by half.

6. Next, add cream or sour cream, drip a little lemon juice and add the fried meat and onions to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly. Salt and pepper.

7. Slightly extinguish everything together, but do not allow the contents of the pan to boil. That is, you just need to stew the whole dish a little together.
